Our History

Established in 1967, Clifton Hill Cricket Club (CHCC) has been part of the local community and has been bringing people together through cricket for almost six decades.

Based in the inner-Melbourne suburb of Clifton Hill, the club has grown from a local cricket team into a vibrant, inclusive organisation that welcomes players, families, volunteers, and supporters of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

From our home at Ramsden Street Reserve, CHCC has built a strong reputation for community participation, player development, and competitive cricket. Today the club offers pathways for juniors, seniors (men/ women/ veterans), ensuring there is a place for everyone from first-time cricketers to experienced players.

CHCC is proud of its family-oriented culture. Beyond match days, the club provides a place where players, parents, volunteers, and supporters can build friendships andcontribute to a positive local sporting community.
