Clifton Hill Cricket Club (CHCC) prides itself on being an inclusive, family orientated club. The CHCC Junior program is considered a keystone in this philosophy. Our current President started playing with the club as a junior U12 with the captain of the current 1st Eleven alongside him. We are proud that many of our senior players have maintained strong ties with the club throughout their lives.

We have an emphasis on participation, developing skills, learning teamwork, mutual respect and building fitness. As junior players develop, those looking for more competitive experience have the opportunity to play with senior teams, including a designated team for introducing junior players to senior cricket.

Volunteering

Volunteering is an integral part of community sports. Each team requires a coach, team manager, week-to-week scorer and square-leg umpire. Plus, due to COVID-19 each team will also require a COVID-19 officer. Please let us know if you are specifically interested in any of these roles or even joining the Junior sub-committee!
